5. Reporting Procedure
5.1 Submitting a Complaint
Victims or witnesses of harassment may submit a formal complaint to the Intervention Committee Against Sexual Harassment via the following channels:

- Resolution and Sanctions: The Committee issues a report recommending appropriate sanctions or corrective measures.

Individuals found guilty of sexual harassment may face disciplinary actions, including but not limited to:

- Termination of employment or contract
- Legal action where applicable
Preventive measures may include:
